What is the return window?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a return authorization number and instructions for returning.

How will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on you statement depending on the form of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be provided with a prepaid return label via email. However, returns placed through this portal for refund to original method of payment are subject to a return handling fee equivalent to the shipping label cost.
