Returns
What is the return window?
Customers have 60 days from the day of purchase to make a return or exchange. Scrubs & Beyond will gladly return any unembroidered item in its original unworn condition within 60 days of receipt.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
If you are unable to locate your receipt, a store associate can look up your order if it was purchased at one of our store locations. If you purchased online and are unable to find your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of embroidered items at this time. Items must be in original unworn condition.
How will I receive my refund?
Most refunds are processed the same or next business day, however it may take 1-3 business days for your bank statement to be updated. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Customers may make returns or exchanges free of charge at any of our store locations. You can return items to any Scrubs & Beyond store. Just bring the item(s) along with the original receipt or packing slip, and the staff will help you with the return or exchange.
