Returns
What is the return window?
SealSkin Covers will process all returns and refunds within 30 days of original order date. After 30 days all orders are final.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Orders shipped overseas are not eligible for free shipping, free exchanges, or returns and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. Custom-made covers cannot be resold or repurposed, which means all sales are final unless there is a defect in the material or craftsmanship.
How will I receive my refund?
Orders returned for a refund are subject to a 18% shipping & processing fee to help clean up, package and re stock the item. Once an order is canceled, customers receive a full refund. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used to place the order.
How do I start a return online?
To submit a request for a return or exchange a ticket must be filled out. Once a request is submitted customer service will review your account details and request for approval. Once approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return or exchange your cover at the email associated with your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
Will send a prepaid shipping label to return the item and ship out the new item at no cost. Please allow 1-2 business days hours to receive approval of your request and a shipping label to be sent.
