Returns
What is the return window?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing. However, if you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you will be refunded for the unused portion of the annual term (remaining 11 months).
How do I start a return online?
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the completion of the current billing period for both monthly and annual subscriptions. The subscriptions can be managed easily on the Paid Subscriptions page.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Monthly Investing Group subscriptions are not refundable. Some lower-priced services (e.g., Investing Group Basic or Newsletter services) do not offer a free trial, paid trial, or money-back guarantee. These are charged upfront and are non-refundable.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at [email protected] if you need any help. You can also call 1-347-509-6837 for subscription service issues.
How do returns work for gift recipients?
The guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers of an Investing Group. We do not offer prorated refunds for any of our subscriptions.
Editor's Take
Think of Seeking Alpha as the Reddit of finance, but with actual credentials behind the commentary. Founded in 2005, this platform has grown into an industry-leading financial research hub powered by one of the world's largest investing communities, bridging the gap between raw financial data and actionable insight.
What makes Seeking Alpha different? It's crowdsourced, but not in a chaotic way. Investors submit articles to professional editors who ensure quality and compliance standards are met. So you're getting analysis from actual investors-not just talking heads-who have skin in the game and disclose their positions.
The numbers are pretty impressive. The platform gives voice to 18,000+ analysts whose articles generate 200,000 comments per month. And here's something you won't find elsewhere: they're the only free, online source for over 7,000+ earnings call transcripts published quarterly.
But it's not just about the articles. The platform includes "Quant" ratings determined by quantitative data like balance sheet metrics and historical share price data, giving investors a rigorous snapshot of a stock's characteristics. Their Alpha Picks service has been consistently outperforming the S&P 500, which isn't something you hear every day.
The community aspect is what really sets it apart though. It's the largest investing community in the world, offering stock market news, analysis, investing ideas, earnings calls, charts and portfolio analysis tools. You're not just reading analysis-you're joining conversations with people who actually know what they're talking about.
