Returns
What is the return window?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product. During the holiday season, Serena & Lily offers an extended return policy where purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Serena & Lily does not accept returns on Fabric Swatches, Fabric Yardage, all Paint, Custom orders, Cribs, Dressers, Gliders, Ottomans, Headboards or Monogrammed items. Personalized, made-to-order, final sale, or clearance items cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How will I receive my refund?
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Unused gifted merchandise can only be returned by the recipient for S&L credit.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
After 30 days, Serena & Lily cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
