What is the return window?
Serta offers a 120-Night Sleep Trial that starts on the date of delivery and allows you to return any products that aren't a good fit for a full refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once they receive confirmation that the return shipment or pickup has been completed. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed by your financial institution.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Their return policy allows for one return or exchange per household, per 12 months. This means they can only return and refund or exchange one mattress purchased within the same 12 months.
How do I start a return online?
