Check local websites for more info, but we recommend you use public transportation.
- 🚕 Rideshare Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Piedmont Park (at the end of the night, follow directions in the app to the nearest pickup point)
- 🚲 Bicycle Parking: Located outside of both the 12th Street Entrance and the Park Drive Entrance
- 🛴 Scooter Parking: Located outside of both the 12th Street Entrance and the Park Drive Entrance
- 🚌 MARTA: The Midtown and Arts Center stations are closest to the park

🎟️ Picking up tickets? The Shaky Knees Box Office is located next to the Piedmont Park Community Center at 12th Street and Piedmont Avenue at the 12th Street Entrance. All Tattoo Will Call Tickets must be picked up at the Box Office at 12th Street. Box Office Hours of Operation are: - Thursday, September 18th: 12:00pm - 7:00pm*
- Friday, September 19th: 12:00pm - 9:30pm
- Saturday, September 20th: 10:00am - 9:30pm
- Sunday, September 21st: 10:00am - 9:00pm
A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets. *Avoid long lines at the Box Office during the Festival by picking up tickets early! Will Call is also available at the Park Drive Entrance when that gate is open and operational on festival days, through 9PM each night. If you’re arriving via the Beltline, no need to visit the 12th Street Box Office (unless you are picking up a Tattoo Ticket).
Reminder: If you tighten your wristband or put it on too soon and need a replacement, bring your wristband, order confirmation, and government-issued ID to the Box Office for a wristband replacement. Please refer to the Wristband Policy for more information on wristband replacements as there is a fee.
⚡️ Wristband Activation: Once you activate your wristband, register for Cashless presented by Chase — it's the easy way to purchase festival food, merch, and more with a tap of a wrist. | | 👛 Official Bag Policy: ALL bags will be searched before entry. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags must be fully clear and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and be no larger than 12" x 6” x 12" ONLY. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes, and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.
Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
