What is the return window?
Shapellx accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order. This gives you a full month to try on your shapewear and decide if it's the right fit for you.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Free gifts, bras and underwear, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached, and customers should try on items while not wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, and refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. Shapellx can only issue a refund to the original payment method, meaning they cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.
Who pays for return shipping?
Shapellx is pleased to offer free exchanges, and for the first exchange, Shapellx will provide a complimentary return label. However, starting from the second exchange, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs, and for returns and refunds, Shapellx does not provide free return shipping.
