Returns
What is the return window?
Shine Armor offers a 30 Day Refund Guarantee from the date of your purchase. Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. For incorrect or missing items, a picture of the shipment and the packing slip are required in order for a replacement/reshipment to be processed.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. They do not offer refunds or replacements on sale items due to the deep discounts offered.
How will I receive my refund?
As soon as your order is received back they will initiate a refund to the original payment method that you used. In the case you no longer have that payment method, they are only able to issue store credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with your return. If your refund is approved, they will send you a return label for the unused product.
