Returns

What is the return window?
Products are returnable for refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Due to the hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding laws, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in the original packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. "Used" is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.

How will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt, it takes 5 to 7 business days for us to review and update further on the item's condition and refund status. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?
You can provide a prepaid return label (PPL) with the PPL cost deducted from the refund. PPL cost can be provided once you advise which items/quantities you wish to return. Alternatively, customers can use their own shipping label.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with product tags and packaging intact. For damaged or defective items, contact customer service at [email protected] or call (877) 777-9665.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Sleep & Beyond - they're not your typical bedding company that just slaps "organic" on a label and calls it a day. This is a 3rd generation family owned manufacturer of organic and natural bedding with fair trade and sustainable factories located in Kyrgyzstan, "The Switzerland of Central Asia", India and China. And yeah, since 1992, they've been helping customers all around the world to sleep better and healthier through the magic of wool and cotton.

But what really sets them apart? They actually raise their own sheep. Like, their own Merino sheep in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. That's not something you hear every day from a bedding company. They raise their own Merino sheep in the mountainous lands of Kyrgyz Republic, which produce superfine organic wool for their myMerino collection. It's this kind of vertical integration that makes you realize they're serious about quality control.

The product line is pretty comprehensive - comforters, pillows, mattress protectors, pads, toppers, sheets, duvet covers. Basically everything you need to outfit your bed. Their two main collections are myMerino and myBedding, and people seem genuinely obsessed with them. The myMerino stuff uses that superfine organic wool from their own sheep, while myBedding features washable Shropshire wool that's been through an eco-friendly "Biowash" treatment.

Notice how they're not just about the products though. The company holds many certifications for sustainable manufacturing practices: USDA Organic, OKO TEX 100, ISO Series, WOOLMARK, Global Organic Textile Standard, Fair Trade, and the Seal of Green-America's Approval. That's a lot of certifications, and they're not easy to get. It shows they're walking the walk, not just talking about sustainability.

Their mission is pretty straightforward too: "Create an inspirational, sustainable, and educational system that will benefit the human being without harming the Planet." And from what you can see in how they operate - the fair trade factories, the women's empowerment programs they run, the zero-waste initiatives - they seem to actually mean it.

One interesting detail: they've been recognized as one of the Top 3 Best Wool Bedding Brands in North America. Not bad for a family business that started over 30 years ago. They've also got permanent showrooms in Las Vegas, High Point, and Dallas, so they're definitely established in the industry.

The pricing sits in that mid-to-premium range, which makes sense given the organic certifications and the fact that they're manufacturing their own materials from scratch. They offer financing through PayPal Pay Later, Affirm, and Afterpay, which helps make the higher-quality stuff more accessible. Plus free shipping on orders over $279.

What's cool is they're not just selling direct - they have a network of authorized retailers across the US and Canada, and they even offer drop-shipping for dealers. So they've built out this whole ecosystem around their products.
