Returns
What is the return window?
Within the first 5 days after taking possession, a full refund is available. After that, up to 30 days, a one-time reselect is available with a $99 re-select fee.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Yes, these categories are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee: adjustable power bases, items exchanged for warranty claims, special order merchandise, and clearance items (including floor models, overstocks and customer reselection returns).
How will I receive my refund?
If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If an item you purchased is damaged, Slumberland offers a variety of options for service and repairs, as well as the Protection Plan.
How do returns work for gift recipients?
While we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase, from time to time it may be necessary to return an item to Slumberland. In accordance with our Slumberland guarantees, standard exchanges and returns can be made within certain parameters.
