What is the return window?
If you're unhappy with an order, you may return any items that weren't sold under an All Sales Final policy within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping & original shipping cost. For digital products, all unclaimed digital software purchases may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
While most items are eligible for a return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on the sale page. Final Sale items are never eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, there are some common exceptions to our return policy, such as health and hygiene items, perishables, and all custom or personalized products made for you. These products are not eligible for return or exchange and will be noted on the respective product pages.
How will I receive my refund?
StackSocial will issue a refund to your original payment method once they receive and inspect the product. The time it takes to post a credit to your account is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Please note that a return shipping fee as well as the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from any refunds. You will also need to pay for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
