Returns

What is the return window?
We gladly accept exchanges and returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days from the order date.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Purchases made during our Early Black Friday or Archive Sale are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

How will I receive my refund?
For standard orders, you have the option to return your item(s) for store credit, refund or exchange by mail, or in-person at your local Happy Returns Bar. There will be a $9.95 shipping and return fee for mail-in refunds, or a $5.95 return fee for in-person drop off refunds. Exchanges and store credit are always free! Plus, if you opt to return for store credit you'll get an additional $10 in store credit as a thank you from us.

Who pays for return shipping?
For domestic customers who wish to mail their return, we provide return prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges and returns for store credit by mail are free! Returns made with refunds to the original form of payment will have an $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund total.

How do returns work for gift recipients?
To get started with a gift return, click 'Start Here' next to 'Received a gift?' at the bottom of our returns portal. All gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit, or processed as an exchange if requested.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about maternity clothes-most of them make you feel like you're wearing a tent or, worse, like you've completely lost your sense of self. Storq is basically the antidote to that, positioning itself as a curated destination for maternity, postpartum and parenting needs, reimagining the products that best support families during an intense phase of life.

Founded by pals Courtney Klein and Grace Kapin, Storq is devoted to fuss-free (and supercomfy) maternity clothes versatile enough to span the trimesters. And that's kind of the genius of it. Instead of overwhelming you with hundreds of options, they've narrowed it down to essentials that actually work together. Think black leggings, tank dresses, easy button-ups-the kind of stuff you can mix and match without your pregnancy brain having to work overtime.

What really sets them apart is the fabric. Storq products are ethically made across several countries, including China, Peru, the Philippines, Portugal, and the United States, with the company prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages, and a dedication to reducing environmental impact. They're not just slapping "maternity" on regular clothes and calling it a day. These pieces are designed to grow with you, literally, and then stick around for postpartum life too.

The sustainability angle is worth mentioning. Storq offers expectant mothers durable pieces that transcend the typical "pregnancy uniform" and stay relevant post-pregnancy, and collaborates with organizations to give pre-loved clothes a second life. So you're not just buying clothes for nine months and then tossing them. You're investing in pieces that'll actually earn their keep in your closet.

And here's something you don't see everywhere: they accept exchanges and returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition within 30 days from the order date. Exchanges and store credit are always free, and if you opt to return for store credit you'll get an additional $10 in store credit as a thank you. That's pretty solid for a smaller brand.

The vibe is refreshingly normal. No cutesy pregnancy puns, no patronizing "mama bear" nonsense-just well-made clothes that let you feel like yourself while your body's doing its thing. Storq was recently acquired by Kindred Bravely and will continue to operate as part of the KB family, with a relaunch planned for early 2026. So if you've been eyeing something, now might be the time to grab it while they're clearing inventory.
