What is the return window?
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. Exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Swimwear, Ski Masks, Face Masks and undergarments are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. All premium brand items (Supreme, Bape, Aape, Adidas, Nike, FTP, Kith, Champion, Palace) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. All CLEARANCE and MYSTERY items or items in the CLEARANCE or Mystery section are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund in the form of a Streetwear Official E-Gift Card.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do not cover exchange shipping costs to our fulfillment center, but we will cover the replacement shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
