Returns
What is the return window?
If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 30 days from the original purchase date to return your purchased sunglasses in original condition to Sunglass Hut for either a full refund or an exchange.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You'll just need your proof of purchase and original packaging. Without proof of purchase, we will exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price for sunglasses in original condition and with original packaging.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Personalized items (Ray-Ban customized items, engraved products) cannot be returned unless the products are damaged or defective and Gift cards are non-refundable.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method and will appear as a credit on your billing statement according to your card provider. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued through your email address on the order.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Bring your item into any Sunglass Hut store in the US and Canada and a member of our team will be happy to register your refund at the cash desk. Purchases made on our website can be returned to any Sunglass Hut store (excluding any purchases made at outlets, concession stands, and airports).
