Editor's Take
You know what's funny? Most people think air quality is just about opening a window. But Sylvane gets it-they've been in the trenches for 25 years, basically becoming the nerds of indoor air before it was cool.
Here's the thing: these folks started because the founders were severe allergy sufferers who couldn't find helpful information and the right products to help curb their symptoms. They wanted to create a place where people could find solutions to their problems online. Kind of refreshing, right? A company that actually started from personal pain points rather than some boardroom brainstorm.
And they're not messing around with the product selection. They specialize in premium dehumidifiers, air conditioners, air purifiers, evaporative coolers, water damage restoration and more. But here's what sets them apart-they don't just throw products at you. Their goal is twofold: First, offer customers the best indoor air quality products available. From HEPA vacuums to industrial dehumidifiers, they only offer the most helpful, efficient products on the market. Secondly, they want their customers to receive the right product. They strive to provide visitors with the best information through personal phone consultations, helpful articles, and detailed product pages.
The customer base is pretty diverse too. Their customers range from residential allergy and asthma sufferers to construction contractors. They've also helped customers in the commercial, government, and education sectors. Past commercial clients include Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, U.S. Army, U.S Navy, Harvard University, and many more. That's some serious street cred.
What really caught my attention is their approach to customer service. Their experts are available Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST, but orders can be placed 24 hours a day. And based on customer reviews, they're not just phoning it in-people are genuinely happy with the service.
The company's been around since 2000, which in internet years is basically ancient. They've grown every year since they launched in 2000. They have no plans to slow down now! That kind of consistent growth suggests they're doing something right beyond just riding trends.
