Returns
What is the return window?
Tail gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of original purchase. If returning an item greater than 120 days old, please provide personal identification to receive a refund via a Tail Activewear Gift Card.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items indicated as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Final Sale will be noted in red directly under the product name.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds on credit cards can take up to 10 business days to post to your statement after they have been issued back to your original form of payment. If returning a gift, you will receive your refund only on a Tail Activewear Gift Card.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the online portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please process the exchange or return through our returns site (returns.tailactivewear.com), please make note that the item was damaged upon receipt. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
