Returns

What is the return window?
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund online. If you're unable to return it within the 28-day period, please let us know within that timeframe.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
While the current website doesn't explicitly state receipt requirements, returns must include items that are unwashed and unworn with all labels and tags intact. The delivery note should be included with your return for processing.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear. Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged. Cosmetics (including makeup brushes) can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of use. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges for any reason.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please note- some payment providers may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.

Who pays for return shipping?
$10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
