Helpful Tips For Buying

Tickets are available in limited quantities and some will sell out quickly. Below you will find some valuable insight to help ensure that you are prepared when tickets become available. Read the helpful tips below for a smooth purchasing process.

• Plan ahead! Each ticket buyer will need a user profile with Front Gate Tickets in order to purchase tickets. Click "Sign In" in the menu bar up top to create a profile using your name and email or you can easily connect your Facebook account.
• Ensure that you have a solid internet connection prior to 10 am (MST) and go directly to the Front Gate Tickets page to get ready to purchase. Pre-authorize the purchase with your bank or financial provider to avoid any potential issues with the charge.
• At 10 am (MST), refresh the page to expose the tickets.
• Act fast! Once you add your tickets to the cart, you will have 10 minutes to complete your purchase. To prevent yourself from running out of time, look at the ticket options ahead of the on-sale.
• Tickets are not sold out until they explicitly say "sold out".
• Most tickets have a limit of 10 tickets per household per day. RV Passes and Vehicle Passes are limited to 1 per purchase.
• Don't be fooled by scalpers! Telluride Jazz Festival tickets are sold exclusively through Front Gate Tickets. If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. Telluride Jazz Festival cannot guarantee tickets purchased from unofficial sources like unauthorized 3rd party re-sellers (individuals or brokers).
