As the weather warms up, many people like to keep their maca routine a little lighter and simpler.
Maca powder of course mixes easily into smoothies, iced drinks, yogurt bowls, and no-bake snacks.
You can also take capsules with breakfast or use extracts when you want a more concentrated option without adding powder to a recipe.
