Returns
What is the return window?
If, after the initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for an exchange. The Rabbit Hole Designs will not accept requests for returns or replacement for any item past 30 days of receipt to customer.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sales on clearance items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will not honor or entertain requests for returns of items purchased in error.
How will I receive my refund?
All returns are subject to an additional 3% fee on the total purchase including shipping. Items returned after 7 days of receipt to customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.
How do I start a return online?
