Editor's Take
So here's the thing about The Styled Collection-it's kind of fascinating how they've carved out this niche in the cozy home goods space. Started back in 2016, they began as a jewelry brand but have basically transformed into something completely different. Now they're all about those buttery-soft blankets everyone's obsessing over on TikTok.
The company's got this interesting backstory. Founded from a love for beautiful design and thoughtful details, with a vision to create luxury-quality pieces that feel indulgent without the luxury price tag. And honestly? They've nailed that sweet spot between affordable and actually nice. Their blankets run anywhere from $10 on sale to around $65 full price, which is way less than competitors like Barefoot Dreams.
What really sets them apart is their OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. Every piece they produce is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning it's free from harmful substances and produced with sustainability and ethical practices. That's not just marketing fluff-it's third-party tested stuff. Their blankets weigh either 2 or 3 pounds depending on whether you get the summer or original version, and they're made from 100% microfeather polyester.
But let's talk about what they're really known for now: those sports team blankets. They've got officially licensed NFL and MLB blankets in checkered patterns, and they're absolutely everywhere on social media. With 26K followers on TikTok and 216K likes, plus 629K followers on Instagram, they've built a massive influencer-driven following. The brand collaborates with big-name influencers like Dede Raad, Emily Ann Gemma, and Laura Beverlin.
Here's where it gets a bit complicated, though. The customer service situation is... well, it's rough. They have a rating of 1.5 stars from 4 reviews on Sitejabber, and they have an F rating from the BBB with failure to respond to 3 complaints. People complain about shipping delays, return hassles, and unresponsive support. One common gripe is that they won't ship items separately if one's on backorder, so your whole order gets held up.
The return policy itself is actually pretty standard on paper-30 days, free returns with prepaid labels for U.S. orders. But jewelry and accessories are final sale, which makes sense given their origins. And anything bought with a 30% or more discount code? Also final sale.
Despite the customer service issues, people genuinely love the products themselves. The blankets are described as incredibly soft, well-designed, and great quality for the price. They've expanded into robes, 3D shaped pillows (think strawberries, cherries, sports themes), and seasonal collections. The brand does frequent sales and has a rewards program where you can earn points on purchases.
Founded by Charity Faith Cloutier in 2016, the company operates primarily online through their Shopify store. They originally claimed to donate 10% of proceeds to animal rescues and charities, though some customers have disputed whether this actually happens.
Bottom line? If you're looking for affordable, trendy home goods and don't mind potentially dealing with customer service headaches, The Styled Collection delivers on product quality. Just maybe order early if you need something by a specific date, and definitely inspect everything right when it arrives since that return window is tight.
