Editor's Take

Think Goodness isn't your typical beauty brand-it's basically what happens when entrepreneurial spirit meets genuine social impact. Founded in 2021 by four ambitious co-founders including Bella Lambert (yes, that Bella from Origami Owl fame), this company operates as what they call a "brand collective," which is a fancy way of saying they've curated multiple beauty and wellness brands under one mission-driven umbrella.

What makes them different? Every single order triggers what they call a "Random Act of Goodness" through their Giving Goodness Foundation. So when you're buying that new lipstick or skincare serum, you're also funding something good in the world. It's like built-in karma with your cosmetics.

The product lineup spans jewelry, skincare, makeup, and wellness supplements-basically everything you need to look and feel good, as they put it. But here's where it gets interesting: they're not just throwing products at a wall to see what sticks. Each brand in their collective has to meet their quality and mission standards, which means you're getting curated goods rather than random beauty products.

Their business model is pretty clever too. They operate both direct-to-consumer and through what they call "Purpose Partners"-essentially independent sellers who can earn commissions while spreading the brand's mission. Think of it as MLM meets social impact, but with actual quality products behind it.

The company's grown to about 143 employees and hit $15 million in annual revenue as of 2025, which isn't bad for a four-year-old company. They're headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, and while they primarily serve the US market, they do ship to Canada (though not Quebec, for some reason).

One thing that stands out is their commitment to transparency. They publish earnings disclosure statements and have clear return policies-90 days to return anything, with refunds to your original payment method if you report issues within 30 days. After that, you get store credit, which is pretty standard but fair.

The social media presence is solid with over 17,000 Instagram followers, though they seem to focus more on authentic engagement than vanity metrics. Their content tends to showcase real people using real products, which feels refreshingly genuine in an industry full of filtered perfection.
