Returns
What is the return window?
A return must be requested within 30 days, starting from the day the item is delivered.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All clearance, customized, monogrammed items and face masks are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How will I receive my refund?
When the return is received at our warehouse and checked in, the refund will be processed. A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original card. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
How do I start a return online?

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We only replace items which are defective or damaged within 30 days since you receive them. If our product is damaged and you want a refund or exchange, please immediately send an email to [email protected], within 7 days of receiving the package.
