What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of package order date or store purchase date. Holiday purchases made October thru December are accepted for 30 days or thru January 15 of following year (whichever is later).
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Receipt is required and items need to be in their original condition and original packaging, with tickets and garment labels attached. Tilly's may allow returns without a receipt at their discretion. In such cases, you may receive a refund or exchange based on the item's current selling price. A valid photo ID may be required for the return process.
