Returns

What is the return window?
Tory Burch allows returns within 30 days of delivery, providing items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. This deadline begins on the date of your in-store purchase or the delivery of your online transaction.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Returns must include a receipt for processing. Returns made without the original receipt or beyond the 30-day window may be accepted at the discretion of Tory Burch.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page before checkout. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings, underwear and swimwear.

How will I receive my refund?
Once Tory Burch receives and inspects the return, they will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 2-3 weeks. Refunds are typically credited back to the original form of payment.

Editor's Take

There's something kind of fascinating about how Tory Burch managed to crack the code that so many luxury brands still fumble with. When she opened that first boutique in Manhattan's Nolita back in 2004, she wasn't just launching another fashion label-she was basically creating a whole new category. You know, that sweet spot between "I can actually afford this" and "this still feels special."

The brand's built on this interesting contradiction. On one hand, you've got these preppy, classic American pieces-think tunics with bold prints, those iconic Miller sandals with the double-T logo that you've definitely seen everywhere. But then there's this modern edge to everything, like they took your mom's country club wardrobe and gave it an espresso shot. And it works. The company's grown to over 370 stores worldwide, plus they're in more than 3,000 department stores. That's not nothing.

Here's what really sets them apart though: Burch actually walks the walk on the women's empowerment thing. The Tory Burch Foundation, launched in 2009, has distributed over $100 million in affordable loans to more than 5,500 women entrepreneurs. It's not just marketing fluff-they're providing actual capital, education, and mentorship to women trying to build businesses. Notice how that mission feels woven into the brand's DNA rather than slapped on as an afterthought?

The product range is pretty comprehensive now. Started with ready-to-wear and accessories, but they've expanded into beauty, home goods, and even launched Tory Sport in 2015 for the activewear crowd. Everything maintains that signature aesthetic-colorful, printed, with those eclectic details that make pieces recognizable without being loud about it.

What's interesting is how they've adapted to social media. The brand was one of the first luxury labels to really embrace Instagram back in 2011, and they've stayed ahead of the curve. Their TikTok game is strong, and they're not afraid to collaborate with influencers in ways that feel authentic rather than forced. That BonBon candy collaboration? Playful, unexpected, very on-brand.

The quality's there too. These aren't pieces that fall apart after a season. Premium materials, thoughtful construction, designs that work for multiple occasions. You can wear a Tory Burch dress to the office, then out to dinner, then to a wedding six months later. That versatility is probably why the brand has such staying power in an industry that's constantly chasing the next trend.
