What is the return window?
To get a full refund on a Truly product, you must return the product new or gently used within 30 days of delivery.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Reach out to [email protected] to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). You'll need to contact customer service to initiate the return process rather than just using a receipt.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
