Returns
What is the return window?
You may return it for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange for another product within returned within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. A Return Authorization (RA) is an identifying number that allows you to process your return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
The following items are returnable only if defective, unopened or unused: earbuds, turntable cartridges and styli, cameras, vinyl cleaners and brushes, and replacement parts, including Innofader crossfaders. We do not accept returns for undergarments.
How will I receive my refund?
You may return it for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange for another product based on your preference when initiating the return.
Who pays for return shipping?
International customers making returns are responsible for all shipping costs. If your purchase was eligible for our Free Shipping Deal and you request a credit or refund for your return, we will credit or refund you minus the original cost to ship the item.
