Returns

What is the return window?
Victoria Emerson accepts returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Full priced items (excluding earrings) purchased before promotions can be returned within 30 days of receiving. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sale items, earrings (including full priced earrings), gift cards, mystery gifts, and surprise gifts are final sale and not eligible to be returned. All items purchased on sale and during promotions are final sale and not eligible to be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all attached tags, and in its original packaging.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid label is available for returns, with the cost deducted from the refund, and a restocking fee of $5 per item will be deducted from the refund.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at [email protected].

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Victoria Emerson-it's one of those brands that kind of sneaks up on you. They're a family-owned business (the name comes from the founder's mother Victoria and his nephew's middle name Emerson), and honestly, that personal touch shows in everything they do.

Founded in 2012 in Toronto, they've grown from a small operation to selling more than 200 fashion and accessory products to customers in 60 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. That's pretty impressive for a company that started just over a decade ago. But what really sets them apart is their approach to jewelry-they're not trying to be Tiffany's, and that's exactly the point.

Their collection focuses on joyful handmade jewelry, including wrap bracelets, shining gold necklaces, jeweled rings, and more. The wrap bracelets are kind of their signature thing-you've probably seen them on Instagram without even realizing it. All their jewelry is designed at their Toronto head office with love and care, creating pieces that are unique, stylish, and timeless.

What's interesting is their pricing strategy. Prices can start as low as $10 during warehouse clearance sales, with regular prices for items typically around $38, though some pieces may be priced higher, up to $68. They're basically making fashion jewelry accessible without making it feel cheap. And they've got the reviews to back it up-over 20,000 5-star reviews, which is kind of wild when you think about it.

They create affordable jewelry that's built to withstand everyday life-tarnish-free, waterproof, and nickel-free. That's the kind of detail that matters when you're actually wearing something daily, not just keeping it in a box for special occasions. Notice how they're not promising you'll pass these down to your grandchildren-they're just saying it'll survive your actual life, which feels refreshingly honest.

The company operates entirely online, which keeps costs down and lets them ship internationally pretty easily. All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class, Canadian orders via Canada Post or Dragonfly/Intelcom, and they ship internationally. Most orders arrive in about 5 to 7 business days once shipped.

They've built their brand around this idea of celebrating everyday moments-wrapping yourself in joy and sparkle, celebrating independence and strength, with handmade accessories that add a spark to any woman's outfit. It's a bit aspirational without being pretentious, which is a tricky balance to strike.
