If you wish to return a Gift Certificate or Experience Voucher you must do so within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to vouchers that have not yet been redeemed.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
All refunds must be requested by the original purchaser and will be made only to the original purchaser in accordance with the original payment method. You'll need to provide your voucher details when requesting a refund.
