Returns
What is the return window?
If you'd like to make a return, you can do so within 14 days as long as it has not been damaged. 14 days from the purchased/shipped date. For example, if your phone is shipped on the 1st, then you have until the 14th to contact Care for a return label.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
If you're unable to remove Find My iPhone from the device, it will not be eligible for a refund since it can no longer be used. All merchandise must be in like-new condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
How will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your complete and like-new merchandise, we'll issue your refund. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded through a credit to your card (this process may take up to 3 weeks).
Who pays for return shipping?
If you would like to return your phone, login to your Visible account and simply type 'return my device' in the chat box to generate a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label. Connai, our virtual assistant, will send the label to the email address associated with your Visible account. Visible provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Visible-it's basically what happens when Verizon decides to do a startup. And honestly? It kind of works.
Visible is an American all-digital prepaid mobile virtual network operator wholly-owned by Verizon, launched in 2018, with all services delivered via e-commerce and mobile apps using generative artificial intelligence, and no brick and mortar retail presence. That means everything-and I mean everything-happens through an app or website. No stores. No sales people. Just you, your phone, and unlimited data starting at 25 bucks a month.
The pitch is simple: unlimited data, talk and text for $25/month powered by Verizon. You're getting access to Verizon's network (yes, that Verizon) without the Verizon price tag. It's like shopping at the outlet mall version of wireless carriers, except the quality's still there because you're literally using the same towers.
But let's talk about what makes this different. The carrier offers services on the Verizon network, with all services delivered via e-commerce and mobile apps using generative artificial intelligence. They've gone all-in on the digital-first approach. Want customer service? You're chatting with an AI assistant named ConnAI first, available 24/7. Need to activate your phone? Download the app. Want to switch plans? App. See the pattern?
Now, the trade-offs. The company has faced numerous complaints since its inception related to its lackluster or non-existent customer support, which is only available via chat through their Android or iOS app, and social media platforms Facebook and Twitter. The company has no phone number, and thus no customer support via telephone. So if you're someone who needs to talk to a real human on the phone when things go sideways, this might drive you nuts. But if you're comfortable with chat support and don't mind troubleshooting through an app, you'll probably be fine.
The plans have evolved too. They now offer three tiers: the basic Visible plan at $25, Visible+ at $35, and Visible+ Pro at $45. The premium plans get you access to Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband network-the really fast stuff-plus perks like international calling and better hotspot speeds. Visible was recognized by J.D. Power in August 2024 for delivering the best purchase experience among value mobile virtual network operators.
Here's what's interesting: Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, this wireless startup is building a new, entirely digital way to deliver mobile phone service. They chose Denver specifically for its millennial culture, which tells you exactly who they're targeting. This isn't your parents' phone plan. It's designed for people who do everything on their phones anyway and don't see the point in walking into a store.
The activation process is pretty slick if your phone supports eSIM. You can literally be up and running in 15 minutes. No waiting for a SIM card in the mail, no scheduling an appointment at a store. Just download, activate, and go. And if you're bringing your own phone, they've got a compatibility checker on their website.
One more thing worth mentioning: they offer something called Connection Protection. If you lose your job, they'll cover up to three months of service while you're job hunting. In a world where wireless carriers are usually just trying to squeeze every dollar out of you, that's actually pretty cool.
