A visit to the Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens now comes with even more to explore. The day begins at the new VyStar SkyScape entrance adjacent to the new J. Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver Manatee River Habitat. Observe rescued manatees gliding through the water while learning about the conservation work that helps protect these beloved animals. The Zoo can now rescue and rehabilitate up to 20 manatees at a time. Come enjoy an educational and family friendly adventure in Jacksonville.
