Returns
What is the return window?
You can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item. Returns can take several weeks to process, as your item(s) must be shipped back to our warehouse to be inspected and approved.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Sale items are not eligible for a direct refund. Sale items are only eligible for exchanges and store credit. Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product has visible wear or damage. Items must be in the original package, including sleeves and tags.
How will I receive my refund?
Any approved refunds would be submitted and processed within a matter of 5-10 business days. For sale items, you'll receive store credit or can request an exchange rather than a direct refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Vitaly will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all customers in the USA and Canada. We do not provide return shipping labels to customers outside of Canada or the United States. Outbound Exchange orders will be shipped for free with standard shipping.
How do I start a return online?
Return your item in a brand-new condition in the same packaging we shipped to you within 30 days of its arrival. Visit the returns portal on the VITALY website or contact customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return. The team typically responds to all customer inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about VITALY-they're kind of doing something different in the accessories world, and it's worth paying attention to. Established in 2011 and based in Toronto, the brand produces engineered accessories using stainless steel-the most recycled material on the planet. But it's not just about being eco-friendly (though that's a big part of it). It's about this whole philosophy they've built around what jewelry can be.
The genderless approach is interesting. They create genderless staples and contemporary statements, which basically means you won't find a "his" or "hers" section on their site. Everything's designed to be worn by anyone, and honestly? That makes sense when you're working with minimalist steel pieces. A chain is a chain. A ring is a ring. Why complicate it?
Here's what really sets them apart, though: Each Vitaly piece may contain remnants of machines, skyscrapers or car parts-a cycle that continually influences their design practice. Think about that for a second. The bracelet you're wearing could have been part of a building or a car in its previous life. There's something almost poetic about that-this idea of transformation and reuse built right into the product's DNA.
The aesthetic is what you'd call industrial-minimalist. Clean lines, architectural shapes, nothing too fussy. They describe their work as "engineered staples and contemporary statements," which is pretty accurate. These aren't delicate pieces you baby-they're designed to be worn hard and last. The whole vibe is urban, a bit edgy, definitely modern.
And they're not small anymore. Their Instagram has 825K followers, which tells you they've built a real community around the brand. People seem to connect with this idea of sustainable, well-designed accessories that don't scream for attention but definitely make a statement when you look closer.
The sustainability angle isn't just marketing fluff, either. Everything's made with 100% recycled stainless steel, and stainless steel is infinitely recyclable without losing quality. So you're not just buying something that'll last-you're buying into a circular system where materials keep getting reused. In an industry that's historically been pretty wasteful, that matters.
What's cool is how they've stayed true to their vision while growing. Their tight-knit internal team operates all aspects of the business in-house, including product design, creative, web, marketing, communications, logistics and operations. That level of control means the brand stays consistent, and you can tell. Every piece feels like it belongs to the same design language.
If you're into minimalist jewelry with an edge-stuff that's built to last and doesn't come with the environmental guilt-VITALY's worth checking out. They've carved out this niche between fashion jewelry and fine jewelry, where things are affordable but don't feel cheap, sustainable but don't sacrifice style. And in 2025, that's kind of the sweet spot everyone's looking for.
