Returns
What is the return window?
Vooglam provides a 30-day return and refund policy where unsatisfactory glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to package your glasses securely and leave a note including your name, order number, and a brief note describing the return reason.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition. Please note that the "exchange order" is not eligible for another exchange/return.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds usually take 3-7 business days from the date of issue to be processed and returned to the original payment method. As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the problem was confirmed to be caused by us, such as a quality issue or damage on arrival, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Any unexpected issues caused by customers, such as wrong prescription or personally not liking the glasses, you return the products yourself and we will not provide the pre-paid shipping label.
