Returns
What is the return window?
We prefer the return to happen within 60 days of purchase. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is returned more than 6 months after delivery.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Please include a note with your name and/or order number and the reason for the return. While they don't explicitly require a receipt, including your order number helps process the return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Non-returnable items: Gift cards. Otherwise, we will accept mostly any type of return/exchange.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item was received broken or damaged, please email us asap at [email protected]. We will email you a return label to ship the piece back. Once received we will ship you a replacement.
How will I receive my refund?
