What is the return window?
New/unworn garments may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt in order to receive a full refund (less shipping costs) or a one time exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for all return shipping.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive a credit posted to your credit card once your items have been received and checked in by our factory. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your credit.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact Customer Support for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer, all costs to ship back to the customer are paid by us.

Here's something I appreciate: from their early beginnings Whimsy Rose believed that specialty boutiques and resort shops were integral to the heart and soul of a community. So even though they sell online, they've set up a program where you can shop through your favorite local boutique and that store gets credit for the sale. Pretty thoughtful in an age where small shops are struggling.
The fabrics are supposedly super soft and the dye-sublimation printing process they use means the prints go all-over and don't fade like screen printing can. Whether you're into bold geometrics, watercolor florals, or quirky patterns like moose in the woods (yes, really), there's probably something that'll speak to you. And if you're the type who gets bored wearing the same thing? Just order your favorite style in three different prints. Problem solved.
