What is the return window?
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing the Order. Please note that our returns portal operates in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). All timestamps and deadlines are based on AEST and may differ from your local time.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
You cannot return beauty products (other than the Vol. 1 Water Bottle or the Beauty Sleep Luxe Eye Mask) unless they are defective or faulty. Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
How will I receive my refund?
All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Returns Policy). After processing, store credit will be added to your account, and you will receive an email with the details of your return. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are located in the United States, you will be provided with a returns label from our returns portal. Please note, a $9.99 USD label fee will apply. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit, or a direct replacement.
