| 1Wyndham Rewards Member Rate & Cardmember Rate Terms & Conditions: Capitalized terms used without definition in these terms and conditions (“Member Rate Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available here (“Program Terms”). For purposes of these Member Rate Terms, Members who are Wyndham Rewards Earner, Earner Access, Earner Plus or Earner Business Card cardmembers will occasionally be referred to herein as “Cardmembers”. The Wyndham Rewards Member Rate is a discount off the published Best Available Rate, Standard Promotional Rate or Hotel Special Rate (each as defined below) offered at participating “Hotels by Wyndham” and Participating Destinations (collectively, the “Compared Rates”, and each individually, a “Compared Rate”). For purposes of these Member Rate Terms: “Best Available Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on any website or call center that is owned, operated and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and/or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app (each, a “Direct Channel”) for the property, date and accommodations requested; “Standard Promotional Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel for a limited period of time by a participating property as part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties may also participate and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required; and “Hotel Special Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel by an individual property, which rate is not part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties may participate, and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required; the terms and conditions for a Hotel Special Rate can be found here. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and without limitation, the following are not Compared Rates (meaning that Member Rate is neither derived from, nor necessarily lower than, any of them): (a) any of the rates found under the “Special Rates” section of the booking widget on WyndhamHotels.com; or (b) the “Pay Now & Save, Non-Cancelable” rate and any other nonrefundable rate; or (c) certain packages and other discounts offered by individual hotels on Direct Channels that are not considered Hotel Special Rates; or (d) any special rates or discounts that may be bookable on site at individual properties or by calling such properties directly; or (e) any rates for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is required, including, without limitation, app-based or other Member-only flash sales. Must be a Wyndham Rewards Member to be eligible for the Wyndham Rewards Member Rate. The Member Rate discount level received by a Member will vary based on the property in question and whether or not the booking Member is also a Cardmember. For Members who are not Cardmembers, the amount of the Member Rate discount is 2% or more off of the applicable Compared Rate (in each case, for purposes of these Member Rate Terms, the “Standard Discount”); for Cardmembers, the amount of the Member Rate discount is 4 % or more off of the applicable Compared Rate (in each case, for purposes of these Member Rate Terms, the “Cardmember Discount”), with the choice of discount level varying by property (subject to the above-described minimums). In the case of Cardmembers, only the Cardmember who is the primary cardholder will receive the Cardmember Discount. A Cardmember should allow 24 to 48 hours after credit card account opening for the Cardmember Discount to become available. Caesars Entertainment properties and the below Trademark by Wyndham properties do not participate in the Wyndham Rewards Member Rate at this time.

For clarity, in order to be eligible for the Cardmember Discount, a Member must: (i) have an open Wyndham Rewards Earner, Earner Access, Earner Plus or Earner Business Card account; and (ii) be logged into their Wyndham Rewards Member account at the time of online booking, or have provided their valid Member account number to the agent assisting with the reservation via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or participating Hotel Chain. (Wyndham Rewards Earner, Earner Access, Earner Plus and Earner Business Cards are only available to Wyndham Rewards Members who are residents of the United States and are subject to credit approval.)
Wyndham Rewards Members will see the Wyndham Rewards Member Rate (at the Standard Discount or the Cardmember Discount, as applicable) offered by their selected property on their chosen date(s) when they check the booking web site to plan their stays. Wyndham Rewards Members may book the Member Rate (at the Standard Discount or the Cardmember Discount, as applicable): (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com , or any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains; or (iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app. Additionally, Members can book the Member Rate at the Standard Discount (but not, for clarity, at the Cardmember Discount) via a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent). Cancellation policies vary by participating property; please inquire at time of reservation. The Wyndham Rewards Member Rate is available for individual bookings only, not valid for existing reservations, may be changed or discontinued at any time and is subject to all Program Terms. Wyndham Travel Bundles prepaid hotel rates (collectively, the “WTB Rates”, and each individually, a “WTB Rate”), offered on stays at participating hotels that are booked on the Wyndham Travel Bundle website, provide a discount off a participating hotel’s Standard Rate (as defined below). For purposes of these terms and conditions (“Terms”): “Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on any website or call center that is owned, operated and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and/or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app for the property, date and accommodations requested. The WTB Rate for Wyndham Rewards members will be lower than the WTB Rate offered to non-members (i.e., a Member’s WTB Rate will offer a greater discount off the Standard Rate than a non-member’s WTB Rate). WTB Rate stays must be booked in combination with one (1) or more flights, and each such stay must be booked and paid in full in advance. Reservations made for a hotel at a WTB Rate become non-cancelable and non-refundable 24 hours after booking. The WTB Rates are subject to availability and blackout dates. Not all hotels offer the WTB Rates at all times, and some do not offer them at any time. Additional restrictions, such as room type and advance booking deadlines, will vary by hotel. By using the Wyndham Travel Bundle platform which platform is operated by a third party, Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited under agreement with a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Platform”) to make a reservation, you accept and agree to the Terms of Use of Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited and the respective cancellation policies of all applicable travel providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, car rental agencies, transfer and activity operators, etc.)(collectively, “Travel Providers”).
All content, information and inventory contained within or available through the Platform are provided to you on an "as is," basis. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, inventory or materials included on the Platform. To the fullest extent permissible, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts disclaims all representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory workmanlike effort, informational content, title, or non-infringement of the rights of third parties. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Provider, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions governing use of the Travel Provider's products and services. You understand that any violation of any such Travel Provider's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase(s), in your being denied access to any flights, cruises, hotels, automobiles or other products or services and/or, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase(s). You will be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of the Platform.
You agree that the Released Parties will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the performance or non-performance of any Travel Provider.
4More Information About Earning Wyndham Rewards Points for Wyndham Travel Bundles:
For every qualifying stay at most participating hotels, you’ll earn 10 points per dollar or 1,000 points—whichever is more. At WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels, you’ll earn 5 points per dollar for every qualifying stay in a furnished suite. At most properties where points can be earned, they are earned for dollars spent on the room rate only. Without limitation, points are not earned on Free Night stays. Points earning for dollars spent on qualifying flights, cruises and car rentals applies to base airfare/rate only, excluding taxes, fees, and other incidentals. Earning ratios for car rentals when booked through the Wyndham Travel Bundles website vary from those in effect for the booking of such component elsewhere.
