2Dine Out with Wyndham Rewards Terms & Conditions: Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards® program terms and conditions, available here, and the Dine Out with Wyndham RewardsSM Terms of Use, found here . To qualify for this Dine Out with Wyndham Rewards welcome offer (“Welcome Offer”) and receive 1,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Bonus”), a Wyndham Rewards Member residing in the United States must:
a) first, during the period that begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 30, 2025 and runs through 11:59 pm ET on December 31, 2025, (i) create an account with Dine Out with Wyndham Rewards (the “Dine Out Program”), (ii) link such account to a valid eligible credit and/or debit card, and (iii) opt-in to receive emails from the Dine Out Program via a valid, deliverable email address; then
b) within thirty (30) days of creating their Dine Out Program account: (i) spend at least US$25 (including tax and tip) (the “Qualifying Dine”) dining-in at a Participating Merchant, pay for such amount with a Linked Card, and complete a review of the Participating Merchant within 30 days of their visit via the link sent in the post-dine email (a “Post-Dine Review”); and,
c) remain opted in to receive emails from the Dine Out Program with a valid, deliverable email address for at least forty (40) days following the creation of their Dine Out Program account (the requirements set forth in this clause (c), together with clauses (a) and (b), collectively, the “Bonus Requirements”). For clarity, the Qualifying Dine must be the result of dining-in at one (1) Participating Merchant and not multiple Participating Merchants.
Please note that some Participating Merchants offer Program Rewards, including the Bonus pursuant to this Welcome Offer, only on certain days of the week or up to a maximum spending amount per month. For clarity, this may result in a Member’s ineligibility to receive the Bonus.
