Returns

What is the return window?
YesStyle offers a 14-day return window for most items, starting from the date of delivery. Customers should initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving their product and must generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then have an additional 30 days to send their returned item.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
You are welcome to return any items purchased from YesStyle EXCEPT opened beauty products, health and beauty supplements, clearance items marked with the notice "Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund," and items marked "This item is not eligible for return, exchange or refund." Beauty and skincare products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return, as opened or used items are not returnable due to hygiene concerns.

How will I receive my refund?
The default refund method is YesStyle Credit, which you can apply towards future purchases at YesStyle.com, and YesStyle Credit will usually be granted within 7 days of return processing. If you wish for a refund in a specific payment method, YesStyle will be happy to do so-just inform the Customer Service Department when requesting a product return that you wish to receive a refund via a specific payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?
You must pay the shipping fees for size exchanges and unopened or unwanted returns, and handling and shipping costs, as well as coupon discounts of the original delivery, are non-refundable. If returned items are defective, YesStyle will gladly refund the return shipping cost in YesStyle Credit provided that you used Air Mail or Registered Mail, however, they will not be able to arrange return shipping refunds for unwanted item or size exchange returns.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact YesStyle's customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and will need to provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to facilitate a replacement or refund.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about YesStyle-it's basically become the go-to spot for anyone obsessed with K-beauty and Asian fashion, and honestly? They've earned it. Founded back in 2006 in Hong Kong, this online retailer has quietly built itself into something pretty massive, shipping to over 200 countries and racking up more than 2 million Instagram followers along the way.

What makes YesStyle kind of fascinating is how they've positioned themselves right at the intersection of Korean beauty trends and global accessibility. They're carrying over 300 authorized beauty brands-think COSRX, Dear Klairs, Some By Mi, all those cult favorites you see beauty YouTubers raving about. And it's not just skincare either. They've got fashion, accessories, lifestyle products, even K-pop merch. It's like they looked at what people actually wanted from Asian brands and said, "Yeah, we can do that."

The business model is pretty straightforward but effective. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $35, which basically removes that psychological barrier of "is this worth the shipping cost?" They've also built this whole influencer ecosystem-their Influencer Program has three tiers (Rising Star, Star, and Superstar) where content creators can earn commissions starting at 10% and going up to 11%. Not life-changing money, but enough to make it worthwhile if you're already creating beauty content.

Here's where it gets interesting though. YesStyle isn't just riding the K-beauty wave-they're actively curating it. They stock everything from affordable everyday products to premium brands, and they've got this Elite Club membership system that rewards repeat customers with perks and discounts. It's that kind of gamification that keeps people coming back.

The company's grown at an average of 35% year-over-year, which is pretty impressive for e-commerce. They've also been recognized as a "Caring Company" by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, so they're at least trying to do the corporate citizenship thing right.

What's kind of cool is how they've adapted to different markets. They offer shopping in multiple languages and currencies, accept everything from credit cards to PayPal, and they've built a pretty robust mobile app that's been downloaded over 2 million times. They're clearly thinking about the global customer experience, not just throwing products online and hoping for the best.

The product range is legitimately impressive-from that $5 sheet mask to high-end serums, from casual streetwear to more polished pieces. And they're constantly adding new items, sourcing directly from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other Asian markets. For anyone who's into Asian beauty and fashion but doesn't live near a physical store that stocks these brands, YesStyle basically fills that gap.
