For the past few months we've been collaborating with chefs, cookbook authors, caterers, podcasters, and food folks we think are awesome to create gift boxes inspired by the Zingerman's foods they love.

Our latest and greatest collaboration is with author and award-winning host of the The Sporkful podcast Dan Pashman! Inspired by his latest cookbook, we concocted a gift box featuring most of the ingredients necessary for "Kimchi Carbonara." It's one of the delicious recipes from Dan's latest book Anything's Pastable.
