Zingerman's and American Spoon have been working together since the 1980s, and our relationship is stronger (and more dellicious) than ever. They're famous for their preserves, but everything they make is worth it. This mustard, for instance, is quite different than the other mustards we carry.

Why? Because it's made with whole yellow and black mustard seeds that are soaked in vinegar and Michigan sparkling wine. The result is bright and vibrant, almost effervescent. The seeds burst with a fantastic pop when you crunch them between your teeth. It has just a mild tingle of heat that won't overwhelm your palate. Fantastic with grilled meats or salami, smeared on a pretzel, mixed into potato salad, or just about anywhere with a bit of a pop.

Heck, I love putting a small pile of this on cheeseboards. It's unexpected and adds flavor folks didn't realize they craved.
