Returns

What is the return window?
All purchases (except bra, bikini, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return. Swimwear, underwear, and panties cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery.

How will I receive my refund?
Zolucky will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week. Once they receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. They'll email you once they have processed your refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. A $7.99 return shipping fee per return parcel will be deducted from your refund.

How do I start a return online?
