What is the return window?
You can return your item within 30 days if you made an error while ordering online. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Products purchased through Aida Bicaj Spa are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unbroken seal, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
