I fill a bowl and put small splashes onto my skin. A few times. It shocks the system by contracting the capillaries, and wakes up the skin hard. Think of it as a slap your skin actually needs. This isn’t gentle. That’s the point. Then a deep cleanse. I reach for a milky cleanser because skin is always dehydrated by Sunday. I use Lait VIP O2, and I don’t rush it. I massage it in. The massage matters as much as the product. From there, the protocol splits depending on what your skin is telling you. If you’re dealing with oil, congestion, or enlarged pores, then the salicylic acid toner from Nescens is for you. Acne-prone skin needs the acid. If the issue is uneven tone or pigmentation, Lotion P50 PIGM 400. Straight to the source. If your skin is more mature and needs to firm, follow with Masque Biofixine. Thirty minutes. Around the eyes too. Don’t skip the eye area. Or, if you want one mask that works for almost everyone: the Nescens gel mask. Apply it cold, massage it into the skin, and leave it. I sometimes wear it for the rest of the day. That’s the reset. Not complicated. Just intentional. Book a virtual consultation to find out exactly which Sunday protocol is right for you.
