As seasons change so does our air! For indoor air quality awareness month, it was founded by the American Lung Association to bring awareness to one of the fundamental building blocks of life, which is our air!
Why is indoor air quality important? Here are a few reasons why

0-50:This signifies perfect to great air quality! Exposure at this level causes little to no harm

201-300: Increased negative health effects to all
301-500: State of emergency, eliminate all outdoor activities and mitigate exposure
