What I've found is that the art of keeping it together isn't willpower. It's really the art of building the right systems.
Recently, the most put-together people I know have one thing in common: they've built their lives with stacks.
A tech stack for work. A skincare stack for their skin. A supplement stack for their health. A meal prep stack for nutrition.
We’ve been designing the next chapter of the Capsule System. Something I reach for every day, and once you see it, I think you'll wonder how you ever went without it.
