We’re writing to let you know that we’ve made a few updates to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Lasting Beauty Rewards Terms & Conditions effective April 8, 2025.

Notable changes include:

Added new “Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability” section that includes language to cover concepts found in the “Governing Law and Disputes “ section as well as a disclaimer of warranties.
Added language that incorporates the arbitration agreement found in the Terms.
Revised “Indemnification” section to include additional activities to be covered by indemnification and some procedural language.
