What is the return window?
Crate Club does not offer refunds or accept returns due to the fact they have to reserve a large amount of gear for their members. This policy exists to ensure timely delivery for all subscribers during each shipment cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership anytime you like, but please note that canceling a membership will not initiate a refund. You will still receive the crate(s) you paid for. Any membership canceled after the renewal date is non-refundable.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you believe there is an issue with any of the gear in your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or chat with us online and we'll, of course, help resolve the issue.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

What if the product is defective?
If a Product is defective, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will send you a new item or credit your account.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Crate Club-it's basically what happens when Navy SEALs and Special Ops veterans decide to curate a subscription box. And honestly? That's kind of the whole appeal.

Each box's gear is hand-picked and field-tested by their professional team, which means you're not getting random tactical-looking junk that falls apart after one camping trip. These guys actually know what works in the field. The boxes include everything from tactical backpacks, premium first aid kits, water filtration systems, multi-tools, binoculars, flashlights, and more-basically the stuff that could legitimately save your life if things go sideways.

But what really sets them apart is the value proposition. Unlike lots of boxes out there, Crate Club is full of high-value items that are always worth more than you paid-no filler junk. They partner with legit brands like Olight, Sig Sauer, Bushnell, MagPul, Gerber, and CRKT. Not knockoffs. Not cheap alternatives. The actual gear that professionals use.

They offer different subscription levels-Lieutenant, Captain, Major, and General-ranging from around $50 to $400 quarterly, depending on how deep you want to go. The Lieutenant is perfect for someone just getting into preparedness or outdoor gear. The General? That's for the hardcore survivalist who wants premium tactical equipment. And the cool part is you can cancel anytime without penalty.

The community aspect is interesting too. Members can join and connect with a vibrant community of tactical enthusiasts and survival experts, plus gain access to exclusive giveaways. It's not just about getting a box-it's about being part of something bigger.

Now, I'll be honest-this isn't the cheapest subscription box out there. But when you're talking about gear that could literally be the difference between being prepared and being caught off guard, the investment makes sense. Plus, the fact that Crate Club was taken under new management as of 2020 and has undergone massive improvements in product quality, customer service, and user experience suggests they're committed to getting it right.

Whether you're a prepper, an outdoor enthusiast, or just someone who appreciates quality tactical gear, Crate Club delivers on its promise. It's not perfect for everyone-especially if you're on a tight budget-but for those who value preparedness and quality equipment, it's worth checking out.
