As you’ve probably seen in the news, moving goods around the world has got a lot more expensive lately - mainly because of tariffs in the US and some seriously steep duties in Europe.
We’ve held off doing anything for as long as possible, but these new costs are here to stay. So from Friday, you’ll notice a small increase in prices on our site.
But (and this is the important bit), I promised I’d always keep things simple and transparent, so here’s the deal:
- We’re covering all the extra import and admin costs ourselves.
- What you see on the site is exactly what you pay.
- No surprises at checkout.
- No extra customs fees when your order arrives.
- No weird charges popping up just before you hit “buy”.
- No “please pay duties” notes from the courier.
- No hidden costs. Ever.
We genuinely love having you with us and let’s be real… without you we’re nothing. You choosing to support us and remain loyal is the whole reason we’re here, so the last thing I want is for this to feel complicated or frustrating.
